In most instances, the LA9HW site is totally unreliable and out of date.

Two examples, which caused me more grief than I needed, are the CQWW/RJ RTTY
WPX
and CQWW/RJ DX contest rules posted on his site.
Despite numerous attempts by the Contest Director and myself, asking Jan to
post
the current rules, the out of date ones remain on his site when last
accessed.
