[CQ-Contest] CQ Asks Contesters to E-mail All Logs

I brought the very first electronic log to ARRL office on 8" disk in 1988.
I've sent many disks afterwards to CQ Magazine and I was often left out of
the scores.
I assume they didn't know how to read IBM text file. CQ WW Director
preferred a paper logs for a long time. I've been emailing my logs for the
last ten years.

I am appalled by this CQ Inc. reaction to the recent unfortunate events. I
hope USA will not become even more isolated from the rest of the world.
