That assumes computer control, doesn't it?

What if the radio isn't connected to the computer? Or
the operator uses a second radio (not connected) and just
logs the call on the primary radio in the same band?
As far as I know, there is no CQWW rule that says you
MUST log frequency...just band of operation.

Don't be so quick to make these assumptions.  Cheating is
a serious matter (well for a hobby activity anyway) and 
to DQ people on the basis of what I've read so far is
shaky at best.
