No, there's no requirement in the rules for frequency 
info and no requirement (yet) for Cabrillo logs.  As 
has been discussed on this reflector in the past 
however, even if you omit (or actively edit/delete) 
this frequency info, most of it can be determined by 
simply assessing the logs of those you work who log 
the frequency that THEY are on.
