[CQ-Contest] Alpha 89 Problem

My 89 suddenly developed a problem this morning, while I was giving some of
the boys a multiplier in the phone contest.
Once I go from STDBY to Opr  signals coming in are weaker, suggesting that the
TR switch suddenly goes into transmit.
If I transmit the FAULT comes on.

Any suggestions ?
