[CQ-Contest] Echo

[Rajiv Dewan, N2RD]

I wonder if it is just long path and short path.  The difference in
the distance is 25K miles or 1/8 light second.    1/8th of a second
would seem too short to allow for all of 5903 to be said.  Unless the
op is p40v.
