[CQ-Contest] The LAST Issue? of CQ Contest arrives

The mag says that in the short term a dollar-for-dollar transfer to a CQ subscription will occur.  In the meantime, they are going to try to launch a web-based CQ-Contest mag.  If they do, then they might switch back (or offer to switch back) the subscriptions to the online magazine.  Or something like that...
