[CQ-Contest] MicroSprint Friday night

NCCC invites all sprinters, especially those in the western half of the 
country, to  participate in a very short practice version of the North 
American Sprint, the real event happening on Saturday.  This is mainly for 
checking out your logging software, and for new folks to get a sample of 
what Sprint is all about.

Check in on/near 3830 SSB at 9 PM PDT (04Z), and depending on how many show 
up, we'll announce the rules, and have a short Q/A session.  Contest will 
start around 0415z and will probably be on 40 and 80 CW for anywhere from 5 
to 20 minutes.  Might even have a de-briefing session back on 3830 after 
the microsprint.
