[CQ-Contest] Question About Hy-Gain 105

Hi Folks,

Yesterday I bought a used Hy-Gain 105 (BA or CA?, the previous owner 
didn't remember the model), by the way I have a couple of question.
How I could identify the antenna?
If posible get the manual on the NET or in any other place?
This antenna was used with the typical balun made with turns of RG8 
cable, is it balun correct or there are some other that works better.

I want to install this antenna at 18 meter (60 feet) over the roof.
