[CQ-Contest] CQ WW CW 2000 writeup

Sounds like an opportunity for the "National Contest Journal" to expand its customer base and help the coverage gap.  Since we know
who participates in contests (looking at the results), a targeted marketing campaign should not be difficult.

With the recent demise of CQ Contest!, I hope the editors of CQ will be
expanding contest coverage, not decreasing it!
