[CQ-Contest] Power Entry

Maybe I'm missing something here, but there were a BUNCH of JA's sending 
"50" for their power... any chance the station referenced was merely 
running his "50" and "K" together a bit...   e.g.  TU 5NN 50 K   ... ?
