[CQ-Contest] re:copying what was sent..

OK guys,  so what are we supposed to log when the other guy sends "5nn n"  
When I logged this as "599 9"  which is what was sent I lost my 
contact.  Contacts like this is why I now take my best guess...

Also what the heck is "dah dah dah" for a power level?  Just my 
observations.
