[CQ-Contest] Contest Software Preferences; Other Station Info

I have just updated the search function for the World HF Contest Station
Database so that you can ask for a list of stations using any given contest
logging software package.  The database can also be searched for users of a
particular radio, and to find out whether a given station is in the database.

Other searches will be added as I figure out how to do them.
