You make a good point. The ARRL does more than just publish QST and sponsor
contests. Some on here have suggested that we hit the ARRL where it hurts
and drop our membership from the League, but that hurts us all. The ARRL
provides some excellent services and fights for our hobby. So just because
we don't like what they do in QST is no reason not to support them.
If you don't like what is in or not in QST then throw it away when it comes
in the mail, but dropping your membership is like throwing the baby out with
the bath water.

Didn't the ARRL recently have a special '5 year renewal at the current rate'
before the rate goes up ? Think it was 4 or 5 months ago maybe.
