[CQ-Contest] Proposed QST changes, Hit 'em where it Hurts $$$

I ran a salary comparison between Lee's Summit, Missouri (rapidly developing
suburb of Kansas City, MO), and Newington, CT.  A $25,000 salary in  Lee's
Summit, MO compares to a $31,928 salary in Newington, CT...a relative
percent difference of 24%. That's a significant cost difference in my
opinion.
