The "early-bird" logs sent to logs at wrtc2002.org are used to check the 
WRTC competitors logs (and for WRTC prizes/awards)

The logs sent to IARUHF at iaru.org

is the "official" log submission address (like always) where they are 
checked and eventually published in QST.

If you want to submit your log for WRTC log-checking and the WRTC
prizes/awards ... Yes.

If you don't, then to IARUHF at iaru.org only.
