[CQ-Contest] ARRL report on line scores decision

ABout 5 years ago while on my honeymoon in ZL, I had decided to become 
active again after 10+ years off the air.

Found a copy of QST and CQ in a newsstand in Auckland - not even sure I 
could do that in Boston.
