Bravo, Trey! Great proposal. Keep working with CQ and ARRL to accelerate 
both online and paper publication. In business there is a truism that 
the value of an incentive is inversely proportional to the time between 
the period of performance and the reward. Faster publication will incent 
the contesting community to do more, more often, and that will be good 
for the sport.
