[CQ-Contest] no email for PA QSO party logs?

Mike, that's old and incorrect information.  It WAS true for the 2001
contest, but NOT the 2002!

They are no longer accepting anything but paper logs -- not even a disk, and
yes, I know it's a step backwards!

Also, the address is now the Nittany ARC's main Post Office box, not the
chairman's home address (it's also a different chairman this year.  Again.)

"LOGS AND DUPE SHEETS - Logs and dupe sheets must be submitted with an
official summary form or reasonable facsimile. 100 points will be deducted
for each dupe found. The summary sheet can be downloaded from the web site

SEND LOGS by Nov. 16, 2002 to: PA QSO Party 2002, c/o NARC, P.O. Box 614,
State College, PA 16804-0614"
