[CQ-Contest] 10 meters in SS

While conditions on 10 were fairly good in the Midwest this weekend, K3ZO's
comments have me thinking (dangerous, I know....)

Just how many Novices and Tech Pluses are there left on 10 SSB?  The N/T
factor was a big one on 10 in the early 90's in SS and other contests.  I'm
wondering now, though, if the bulk of those who were interested enough to
still be around, and contesting, have upgraded and are no longer confined to
28.300-28.500 for SSB privileges?
