[CQ-Contest] Hy-Gain antenna ID

Anyone know if Hy-Gain made a dual band 10/15 or 12/17 yagi pre 1995? I
have a 14' boom , 3L yagi with a single trap on each element side. It
looks like a hy-gain trap, but the guy who gave it to me said it was a
tribander-cant see that with only one trap/element side. The DE is 159" on
a side, with 32" after the trap- any ideas on a model?
