[CQ-Contest] 27-day Space Weather Outlook Table ???

Hello all,
this is what I can read today (and also yesterday) from the NOAA site.
I can read the whiole bulletin, but I mean
the bulletin has been issued on Oct 08.

Is the bulletin isseud daily or weekly??
