I disagree.  I think it should be made totally anonymous.  We don't need a
license to use Telnet...  why the need to log in with a call sign?  At least
then there would be no data to crunch and no method to derive accusations
(guilty or innocent) of cheating.

The cluster would probably become so full of trash and self spotting that it
would become irrelevant...... at a quicker rate than it is happening now.
