[CQ-Contest] Two More Plaques Added for Our VE friends

Ah, you say FQP has lots of plaques...you're right.  Add two last minute ones 
for our VE friends courtersy of K4SXY and K4LOG. 

The FCG will be awarding two more plaques for the boys north of the 
border...Top VE SSB and Top VE CW.  I guess we now have 26 plaques for this 
contest.
