I was bitng my tongue, as well, but I will add #4.

4. The file is obviously executable. NO file has 2
extensions. Go into your Windows properties and turn
OFF the "hide file extensions". I would think most
hams and contesters are geeks enough to WANT to see
the extensions, anyway. To a computer appliance
operator, that file would have appeared to be an Excel
file, but we know better.

4.5 "unreplyable"?? :-)
