[CQ-Contest] Spots available on the Austin Powers Team

In an efort to spur more activity for the CW NA Sprint this weekend, the
Austin-based CTDXCC would like to extend an open offer for around five more
spots on the Austin Powers sprint team.  Anyone is welcome, and while the
team is serious, the main intent is to encourage activity from Texas and
this general region, and have some fun in the "fastest four hours in ham
radio.".
