[CQ-Contest] NAQP Logs

As a reminder, NAQP CW logs are due Tuesday, February 11, and NAQP SSB logs 
are due February 18. In order to shorten the turn around time for 
publishing the contest results, we need to more strictly enforce the log 
submittal due dates. Logs have been submitted as much as two months late 
for recent NAQPs.

Team managers may want to check that each member of their team(s) has 
submitted a log. A complete list of logs received can be seen at the NCJ 
web site:
