Something that I think is new in the Sprint rules is "Entries must be received no later than 30 days after the Sprint."   Unlike most other contests, the deadline is for the receipt of logs, not for sending them in.   If logs are sent by US mail, they need to be sent in time for them to arrive by March 10th (March 3rd for SSB, April 10th for RTTY).   

With the new web interface at http://www.ncjweb.com/manualsprintlog.php it should be pretty easy for those who have small or paper logs to submit their entry.
