[CQ-Contest] 3830 versus Final Results

The log submission site is great. I wish the ARRL had a site like it.
My logging program (ProLog2K) is great for general logging purposes. It
even works ok as a contest logger. However it doesn't have a Cabrillo
output, only ADIF and Comma Delimited text.

I would like to find a transfer utility and/or a windows based contest
logging program.

Something that I think is new in the Sprint rules is "Entries must be
received no later than 30 days after the Sprint." Unlike most other
contests, the deadline is for the receipt of logs, not for sending them
in. If logs are sent by US mail, they need to be sent in time for them
to arrive by March 10th (March 3rd for SSB, April 10th for RTTY).

With the new web interface at http://www.ncjweb.com/manualsprintlog.php
it should be pretty easy for those who have small or paper logs to
submit their entry.
