[CQ-Contest] INQP tomorrow

Reminder that Saturday May 3, 1300 Z to 0500 Z, is the Indiana QSO Party.
Indiana is not a rare state, but it's not that populated in a lot of
counties. It's also the smallest state west of the Appalachians... but it
has 92 counties! and many of them ARE relatively rare. County hunters
(especially MARAC CW participants, should listen for INQP participants
tomorrow)

We now have a dozen mobiles signed on, so SOMEBODY should be able to sweep
all 92 counties.

More information (operating plans, rules, and .dom files for many logging

Last year's awards were fairly classy, judging by feedback from the
recipients. This year should be just as well, and more of them.
