I think that you all are missing the obvious... make it legal to use cluster
and spotting for all classes of entries and then no one is illegal. It's
just like SO2R those that can use it the best will rise to the top and all
this hoop-a-la would stop. If the rules allowed me to use the cluster then I
would make the most of it as would every other serious competitor leaving
the cheaters to look for other methods. My 2 cents 73's Cort
