[CQ-Contest] Fw: On Line Logs--cheating

And what do you do about this scenario?
K4XXX sends me a qsl this week for a SS contact. I check the log. Its not
there. I return the card telling him so. He knocks the QSO out of his log.
Right or wrong? Is there a difference between this and massaging the log
with LOTW data?
