KH2D came by his call honestly as a long-time resident of KH2, and his
'ranting' was not about people who kept their call after leaving a
particular QTH, but rather about scum who captured desireable KH#/KP#/KL#
2x1 "trophy" Extra-class call signs by subterfuge, and were never residents
of (or even stepped foot in) the territories in question.  That
not-so-subtle distinction doesn't fit your agenda though, does it?
