[CQ-Contest] low power question for CQWW

i have not had much luck determining the output power of my final (no, i
don't have a bird watt meter), but i can measure accurately input power.
under the best of circumstances output power  =  75% of input power, and
was planning to run my input power * .75 to equal 95 watts.

i have written CQWW web personal several times about this and have not
got a response.

any of you who participate in the low power division verify power for the
contest requirement this way?
