[CQ-Contest] 15m Broadcast QRN Today

   I mentioned this earlier today to Bob W3YY, who has tipped off George Moore, the head of Engineering & Operations at VOA.  Sounds
like we have more than enough bases covered.

did some additonal research...21555 is the freq used for the "creole"
language service of the VOA....I talked with Chuck Skolaut at the ARRL's
Intruder Watch office and he is going to look into it.
