Recently I came across the following web site:

If you have some knowledge of Microsoft Excel you can convert from a spreadsheet to ADIF format using the information on this page.  If anyone is interested, I have a spreadsheet setup that will convert Cabrillo to ADIF.  I can e-mail it to folks with some simple directions if you wish.
