What a sad news on all the reflectors set up and maintained by Bill himself.

I had the honor to be the Site Referee of Bill and John K4BAI at WRTC-2002 in Finland. I really appreciated to meedt in person this young and talented operator.

Condolences to his young family.
Jack W1WEF saddly summarized it so well "We have lost yet another young friend  - RIP Bill ...you will be missed."
