[CQ-Contest] Win-Test free version for REF contest available

To promote the coming REF French contest (Coupe du REF), Win-Test 
developpers are offering a complete freeware version, specially designed 
for DX-Side entries only in this competition, of their software.

You can download it here :

Unfortunatly, for now, this software and the web site (www.win-test.com) 
  are in French only, but the forthcoming complete 2.0 stable version 
will  be translated in the coming weeks.

Most users should be able use it, even with this drawback, as soon as 
they are familiar with contest softwares like CT, NA, etc !
