[CQ-Contest] contesting tips

IMHO, much of contesting is personal and based on your own experience of =
what works best.  I think the best contesting tip is get your butt in the=
 chair and keep it there.  Practice, practice, practice (my gosh, I sound=
 like my mother talking about piano lessons!).
