[CQ-Contest] Boundaries Between ITU Zones 6/7/8

Exactly.  Who cares about the map.  Its what they send 
to you is what you log, not what you think their zone 
to be.

The only exception would be if they don't know where 
they are and the two of you -together- go and figure 
it out.
