Not an expert in the field of STUBS, however use ur calculator and figure a
1/4 wave length multiply by the cable volicity factor.  Tipically .77 for
RG-8   RG-11   RG-58.

You can get close with this method,  If your really picky  an antenna
analyzer can be used to fine tune it.

Leave the end of the 1/4 wave  X  .77  stub open on the end.    I don't
think it would be possiable to make one to stop interferance  between   20
SSB   and 20 CW.

80/40     40/20  will however work.
