[CQ-Contest] Super check partial files

I have had several inquiries if I am going to produce a new set of super
check partial database files before ARRL DX Phone.  I will be happy to, but
need some logs to do it.  If I can get 50 Cabrillo files from the ARRL DX CW
contest, will put out a new file by Thursday.
