[CQ-Contest] 4U1VIC M/S in WW CW

Hi all

Jun JH4RHF and his DL friends will activate 4U1VIC during coming WW CW
contest as M/S.
All QSL goes to CBA, or via OE bureau.
Note that though 4U1VIC is separate multiplier for WW contest (also
separate country for CQ DX and WAE awards), it is not separate entity
for DXCC purpose.
