[CQ-Contest] CQWW single band entry plus check log.

Work whoever you want on any band and log them in one log file.

Make sure your one (1) Cabrillo file that you submit shows your entry category as the correct single band.

Your log will be scored based on the qsos for that single band, and the rest fo yor qsos will be used as a checklog.
