[CQ-Contest] CQWW single band entry plus check log.

     Dear Robert,
You will you make configuration of programm you need to say Single Band and
then when you work stations on another bands they are will give you 0 points
 Robot will accept one log including all qsos but committee will know that
you SOSB that will be no problem
