And the DX desk or contest sponsor should also take a person's word when 
they say they were operating in North Korea, or Bhutan, or any other hard 
to get to spot. Surely no one would ever cheat at something like that!

Sorry, I cannot share your sentiments. My thanks to the folks at the league 
that are taking time and effort to make the system mean something.
