I do not know how many Contests you did participate and how many of them you did send the Logs.
I think you need to read Jim's (N6TJ) reply to another "smart individual" :)
Read carefully, please. 
Jim has been around for a long while here. You can trust his opinion. 
And he does not work for CQ Magazine.

see it. So I will operate the CQ contests but never submit a log. If more of 
us do this then the log checkers at CQ will see the number of submitted logs
