Hi Tom,

I sense a little confusion with the rules on your part. In the NAQPs, there 
are two entry classes. SOLP and Multi-2. The following entry in the rules 
regarding remaining on a band for ten minutes applies to M/2 only:

"Each transmitter must have at least 10 minutes between band changes."

Assuming you did enter as single op, you can make as many band changes as 
you want with no restrictions as to how long you must remain on the new 
band.
