Good Grief...the rules only apply to the participants, that choose to submit
a log? Any/all others are subject only to the limitations/rules of their
respective locations? Without those casual operators, that "just give out
points", all contests would be very boring?  IMHO, y'all need to "get over"
the packet/telnet situation, as it's here to stay, whether, or not, we like
it?
