[CQ-Contest] RE: [YCCC] ft-1000mp beverage switching?

I'd imagine that, with an antenna like the k9ay, you'd also want to
switch out the preamp, too?  Or do you not use one?

(I'm considering putting up a pennant this summer--that's why I'm
asking.)
